Warranty Policy
Bioremedi Therapeutic Systems Inc. offers a 1 year limited, in-house manufacturer's warranty on all products labeled for independent companies selling our devices. In special cases, Bioremedi Therapeutic Systems Inc. will extend beyond the 1 year manufacturer's warranty, but such cases are individually based. If the item is damaged due to obvious and/or gross neglect, or any other manner in which the product did not fail due to design and/or build, Bioremedi Therapeutic Systems Inc. will still repair the unit if desired, but will contact the owner before repairs as a small service fee may be necessary. Bioremedi Therapeutic Systems Inc. will also repair units outside of warranty for a small service fee. Fee is dependent upon unit condition, and can only be judged at our location. We cannot give accurate quotes over the phone.

Bioremedi Therapeutic Systems Inc. is not equipped to accept a high call volume like some companies. As a result, we ask you only contact Bioremedi Therapeutic Systems Inc. no sooner than 1 weeks after you have shipped your product for repair. Most products are repaired within 24 hours, but spend an average of 1 to 2 weeks in transit. If you would like your tracking number when we return the unit via UPS Ground, please include your email in the claim form, and we will send the tracking number through UPS's QuantumView system.
