International Warranty Claim Procedure
To have your unit repaired or replaced under the 1 year warranty, please contact a member at Bioremedi Therapeutic Systems Inc. first via email or call us at 888-395-3040 Ext 12. International repairs usually carry special conditions, and not all failures are covered under warranty due to different power systems, customer modifications, etc. Furthermore, return shipping for international units is the customer's responsibility. Bioremedi Therapeutic Systems Inc. will only pay for domestic shipping on warranty returns. Please contact us before returning your unit to get an accurate shipping quote. If units do not arrive to the destination and customer did not request shipping insurance, Bioremedi Therapeutic Systems Inc. cannot be held liable for the loss.
